About

Why the domain a.drenal.in?
The domain name "a.drenal.in" is pronounced "Adrenalin". I hack the name to express my willing to get more stimulants on my life in every possible way.
This is a great place where I'm sharing everything (thoughts, resource, etc.) with you through my posts.

Who am I?
In summer 2008, I graduated from SYSU with a master degree in Computer Science, and I'm currently working as a web service developer for Sealand Securities CO., LTD. in Shenzhen, China. My major codings are done in C# under the ASP.NET environment, and in SQL for SQL Server & Oracle. However, I'm also interested in scripting languages such as Perl and PHP.
To simplify the whole intro thing, I'll make a brief summary about myself below. Hopefully, these lines may explain who is this guy blogging around here. All in all, I'm a

  • listener who can only hear extreme metal.
  • programmer who's looking for a way to improve my dirty codes.
  • photographer who sold his Nikon D200-based system then bought Canon 40D and 5D Mark II instead.
  • observer who is watching the rapid development of Internet.

Why am I blogging?
Like most of the bloggers, I'm blogging to share - my experience, my knowledge, my thoughts and also my files. ^^

  • Being majored in Computer Science, I have great interest in Internet-based applications. Firefox, WordPress and Foobar are 3 of my favorite programs. Also, I'm paying much attention to social network services. Check out the services I'm using and add me to your contact!
  • Photography draws my attention badly, although I'm neither a "sharp shooter" nor a talented designer, my enthusiasm for it never goes away. Check out my gallery and tell me what you think about it.
  • Extreme metal is that kind of music I can't live without. Despite the lyrics themes, I really love the shocking wave brought by those eXtreme-Metal bands.

Feel free to contact me, a beginner trying to step ahead into a more colorful life!
Oh, BTW, I'm also fond of video games on PSP, NDS and Wii.
Here's how to get in touch with me.
